Dusted Valley Vintners Wines Earn High Marks

Walla Walla’s Dusted Valley Vintners earned high praise for a number of their current releases in the May 31, 2007 issue of Wine Spectator magazine.

Included in the list were the 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley Stomp! (about $15) and the 2004 Columbia Valley Reserve Syrah (about $32) which both scored 89 point ratings, the 2004 Columbia Valley Stained Tooth Syrah (about $24) which nabbed 87 points and the 2005 Yakima Valley Viognier (about $20), an 88 point winner.

null Winemakers Chad Johnson and Corey Braunel have not only been turning out a number of great wines, they’re a couple of super nice guys who genuinely seem to be having a lot of fun being in the wine industry.

Plans are underway for the expansion of their tasting room – which I highly recommend a visit to if you’re in the area. Phone (509) 301-4470 to set up an appointment and be sure to check out their web site at www.dustedvalley.com for more information.
