Wine Dinner at 9 Restaurant

Saturday, February 25 @ 6:00 pm – Join Dan as he moderates a very special 5-course wine dinner at North Bellingham Golf Course’s 9 Restaurant.

All Washington wines featured during the evening will be either rated 90+ points or a gold medal winner at a previous wine competition. The wines will be served with perfectly-paired cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Nick Moss.

This is a special evening as it will help raise funds for the Whatcom Beer & Wine Foundation, a local non-profit which is organizing this year’s Bellingham Northwest Wine Festival. Net proceeds from the August 5, 2017 festival will benefit a number of Whatcom County non-profits.

In addition to the dinner, a silent auction will be held to raise funds for the foundation. Auction items will include tickets to a future wine dinner, a stay-and-play golf package with accommodations at the Bellingham Holiday Inn Express, and a 1/2 case of medal-winning wines from last year’s Bellingham Northwest Wine Festival including Best of Show winner, the Randolph Cellars 2013 Syrah.

For every $65 dinner reservation made, golf course owner Caitac USA Corp. will also donate $30 to the foundation.
